So I’ve been working hard and even got a swanky new printer (I needed one anyway so it just worked out well) but I now have a way of creating Prints of my art! Yeee! I’ve been creating some watercolour pictures, with a theme of elegant skulls, where they’re animal skull masks. Animals have some crazy looking skulls! I think Ram and Bull skulls are my personal favourites but the Bird I did looks pretty 🙂
I’ll have the prints available for sale too if I ever get to a market. I’m checking out Sunbury Village Market this Saturday so fingers crossed its the right environment I’m after!
Here are the few I’ve done so far, let me know what you think!
So playing with my new Chameleon pens is interesting because I’ve never really used alcohol based pens before so it’s a learning process with how they colour and handle and learning how to work the gradients and the pens themselves. They really are just so cool! If you can, get some! Especially if you’re a person who enjoys colouring!
They came with these cute little colour cards which I’ve been practising with so please ignore the sus flower but I like the heart and stuff…
So excited to show off what just arrived!!
My chameleon pens! If you don’t know they are these really cool pens that you can soak the colour from one onto another allowing you to shade with the alcohol based pen from one colour to another seemlessly.
You can make gradients with one pen!! It’s so cool! *Not a paid promotion too btw
I supported them on kick starter And the finally arrived!! I may try colouring in the cards that came with it or one of my own pictures.
I’ll keep you posted!
So I didn’t have a close up picture of it at the time but my other favourite card this year so far is the nebula and tree design. I think it’s just kind of pretty 🙂
Forgive the less then Stella picture quality
It is with much jubilation and just a touch of exhaustion I am so excited to let everyone know of long term project that has finally been realized!
I’ve been working closely with Clan Destine Press and together we have created The Journal of Infinite Possibility, the first, last and only journal you will need to inspire those stories, drawings and everything else! It’s designed to help get the creative juices flowing and helping you move past that ever so irritating block.
We’ve got a fantastic giveaway going on right now too so enter for your chance to win this fabulous book!
Some of the images we’ve used are here to further entice you and tip your hand into grabbing a copy 😉
Ignore the horrid line work, this was mostly a colour practice that went south rapidly when my cat jumped on me and then walked all over the ink…. Lucky I’m wearing black pants 😀
So very close to being done with my current job! Finishing it up tonight and hopefully I get the go ahead to tell you guys all about it and post some pictures and finally FINALLY be able to talk about and share what I’ve been doing with you lovely, amazingly paitent, people. I’ve been AWOL for a while but once this is over I can go back to sharing and regular updates again. Soon….
So I was commissioned late last year to do some drawings for a present for someone’s birthday. The theme was death and beauty the request being a pin up girl who was dead/decaying. It was a lot of fun to draw and a fantastic theme to further explore in future. Not sure of when the birthday was I’ve left it till now so as not to spoil the surprise.
Sneak Peek version 2
Another little peek at the work I’ve created for Christmas and the likes.
Can’t wait till I can post them all and share the special project I’ve been commissioned to work on as well. I can legitimately tell you nothing about it which is killing me other then it’s a thing involving drawings and excitement. So frustrating!
Watch this space because soon…..
