So excited for after Christmas when I can post all the pieces I’ve been working on. So many with some many varieties of black and white and colour. Flowers seems to be a strong theme through out. One I feel I should continue because they’re fun to draw and colouring is always an exciting challenge. See which colours mix and which ones look terrible and hit the bin. Anyway, ramble ramble.
A creature of our land stripped down, exposed, forcibly changed and hurting yet we do nothing, we stand by as our amazing, incredible, beautiful planet is torn apart.
I promised myself I wouldn’t get political on here but recent events are just sitting in my mind like a giant dirty spider in the corner of a filthy dump. Anyway, enjoy it for what it is and ignore my crazy ramblings.
The unsuccessful final creation
This was the finalized version of the logo however i came in second place, the one without the yellow was the lucky winner, however I still really like this piece.
A reflection of all that I am
This was an idea I had a while ago is essentially a sum of all my parts, it’s what makes me who I am and how I identify. I made a portrait for a friends birthday which will be posted once it’s relocated on my computer
“This is how I feel when I look upon you”
This was created for my partner to try and express how I felt about him.
We are all sinners within
Another Tattoo design created for someone. The request was the seven deadly sins. I have since drawn each individually but there’s still a certain charm to the original.
She burns with intensity
This was made following a Photoshop tutorial that I had a lot of fun making. I used the same tutorial to create one of these with my neice. Even when smoky and flame-y she’s still the cutest little button.
This piece is also available on Society6. Follow this link to find it!
Sarah Kerrigan; The Queen of Blades
This was created a while ago for a client who wanted a banner for his Youtube channel. She was one of several pieces that made up the banner, she was also my favourite which is why I further refined her and made her a unique piece.
Sugar, Sugar Baby
A tattoo design originially, this quickly became my favourite work of art. It’s clean black and white lines and lack of colour feels like it adds a lot impact to the picture. All parts of it are equal, nothing greater or lesser then anything else.
